The homes that are being built today are much different than the homes that have been built in the past.  Superior products and materials have improved the quality of homes.  As materials change so must our building practices.  Stonebuilt understands this and has embraced the fact that in order  to stay at the top of the industry, they need to continuously educate themselves and consistently improve building methods.

Stonebuilt also has a strong belief in customer service.  Stonebuilt takes great pride in the homes they build and understand that the best way to grow their name is through satisfied customers.

It’s no surprise then that when Stonebuilt went looking for a program to offer home warranties to their customers they looked for a partner that had the same values.  The Alberta New Home Warranty Program (ANHWP) is that partner.  Membership is reviewed annually and continuing education is mandatory for all members.

The Canadian Association of Home Builders Grande Prairie Region(CHBA-GPA) is a network of local  professionals working together to improve and shape the future of the construction industry. Stonebuilt is proud to have a voice with this organization and to work with the 85 + members to strengthen the industry.
