• Framing and finishing are done by Stonebuilt’s own journeymen, apprentices, and owners. Because we do not hire outside contractors, third parties will not interfere with the quality of your project.
• Stonebuilt’s staff is paid hourly, eliminating any incentive to rush jobs.

We Expect Plans to Change

• Stonebuilt understands that changes are part of the process when building a custom home. We work hard to accommodate our clients and do not charge extra for plan adjustments.

We Will Consistently Be On Site To Ensure Possession Dates

• When a project is started, Stonebuilt staff will consistently be on site to ensure the project continues to move along and time-lines are met.

We Offer Guaranteed Possession Dates

• Stonebuilt guarantees possession dates.  We will pay $350/week “rent” for every week we are late.  Possession dates are typically 7 months depending on the project.

We Have the Best Lots

• Stonebuilt has secured lots in The Ranch, Grande Prairie’s latest acreage development, 5 minutes South of the city.
